Responsibilities: Greet all arriving guests and offer a detailed orientation of their rooms and facilities, coordinate with room service for F&B, coordinate room servicing, maintain guest personal items, clothing, and wardrobes, collect and deliver valet requirements, unpack and pack guest luggage, maintain Butler's pantry, maintain stock in suite bars, assist guests with local information and bookings. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a butler or similar luxury hospitality role, supervisory experience, excellent communication skills.
